Anke- og klagebehandling:
ROLI Certification AS har egne prosedyrer i selskapet for håndtering av anke og klager.
Kunder og/eller interessepartnere har rett til å påklage avgjørelser og forhold som knyttes til sertifiseringsprosessen.
Behandling finner sted etter en grundig prosess med først innhenting av all informasjon som inngår i sakskompleks. Parter i saksbehandling eller innhenting av informasjon skal på ingen måter være i en situasjon der det kan reises tvil om uavhengighet og upartiskhet.
Et viktig prinsipp er at alle anker og klager skal behandles konfidensielt og av saksbehandler som ikke har vært involvert i prosessen. Selskapets krav til upartiskhet inngår i anke- og klagebehandling.
Forvaltningslovens krav ligger til grunn for all anke- og klagebehandling.
Bruk av LOGO:
Ved at en kunde tilfredsstiller gjeldende sertifiseringskrav vil sertifikat bli utstedt. Kunde vil samtidig få tillatelse til å benytte sertifiseringsorganets merke eller LOGO.
Det blir sammen med utstedelse av sertifikat utgitt eget dokument som beskriver kundes plikter og rettigheter i forbindelse med bruk av LOGO bruk og evt andre samsvarsmerker. Kunde vil bli gitt veiledning i bruk, orientering om bruksrestriksjoner, fysisk størrelse på LOGO etc.
